"Helping people to engage, learn, decide, grow and shine together in organisations is my passion."
I have developed individuals, teams and organisations for over 40 years and always strive to bring out the best in others.
I have been a Chairperson steering a Board and guiding a new CEO, a CFO/COO managing a large team of people, an executive educator teaching a class of high-potential managers, a change project manager running an OD project, a consultant engaging with client stakeholders and a university lecturer.
The thread is leading and facilitating people to work effectively together, to see their own role on the bigger canvas, and to bring out their very best.
